In order to make your experience as smooth as possible, I have provided a sample questionnaire that you can use when interviewing potential Agents. I would obviously like for you to choose myself, but if you find the answers you're looking for with someone else, I understand - you know what's best for you.

  3. If I call, will I reach you directly?

  4. Years of experience?

  5. How many transactions do you personally close per year? 

  6. What is your average price range?

  7. What Real Estate designations do you have?

  8. What area do you specialize in?

  9. Can I call your last ten customers for a reference?

  10. How do you determine price?

  11. What is your average Days on Market?

  12. What percentage of your listings expire?

  13. How will you market my home?

  14. How often will we communicate?

  15. Can I withdraw my listing at any time if I am not satisfied?

  16. Can I proof the MLS listing of my house?

  17. Do you hold open houses? Do they sell houses?

  18. How do you advertise? Does it sell houses?

  19. Will you tell me good and bad feedback from other agents?
