In order to make your experience as smooth as possible, I have provided a sample questionnaire that you can use when interviewing potential Agents. I would obviously like for you to choose myself, but if you find the answers you're looking for with someone else, I understand - you know what's best for you.

  1. Are you a full time Agent? Do you have another job?

  2. If I call, will I reach you directly?

  3. Years of experience?

  4. How many transactions do you personally close per year?

  5. What Real Estate designations do you have?

  6. What area do you specialize in?

  7. How often will you be pulling up new listings?

  8. Can I call your last ten customers for a reference?

  9. What types of financing are you familiar with: Conventional / FHA / VA?

  10. Will you show me all listings regardless of selling commission?

  11. Will you fully disclose your commission?

  12. What will you do if a selling bonus is offered on a home?

  13. Will you work with For Sale By Owners?
